We are looking for self-motivated individuals to fill key roles as either experienced service technicians or entry-level apprentices looking to find a permanent home in one of Pittsburgh's premier dealerships. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance services at a high-quality level.
- Diagnose customer complaints following proper methods.
- Provide the service writer with a detailed repair quote to be presented to the customer.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Quality check all work performed.
- Maintain training requirements.
- Valid driver's license
- Quality work ethic
- Organizational skills
- ASE Certification is preferred but not required.
- Stellantis / FCA experience/ training preferred but not required.

Monroeville Dodge Ram is looking for a reliable, dependable porter with strong customer service skills to join our service team. In this position, you will greet customers, handle their items, and provide transportation. Porters will move cars, deliver items, transport customers, wash vehicles and maintain service lot appearance.
Porter Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate desk/location
- Assist customers with any additional hand-held items
- Run errands for customers/management as needed
- Move/park/tag customer and company vehicles as needed
- Perform maintenance and upkeep (light cleaning duties as needed for service shop, exterior, or other areas)
Porter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; excellent driver and able to park cars in tight spaces
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40+ pounds through course of shift.

Monroeville Dodge Ram is looking for an evening cashier to join our service team. We have part-time or full-time positions available. Cashier duties entail collecting payment from service customers, issue and record state and emission stickers for the technicians, scanning repair orders, and making new key tags for the service advisors. Saturday hours are 8AM – 2PM.

Job Description:
Ability to handle a start-to-finish sales/service process for 8 automotive dealerships. We are looking for energetic and motivated people to join our growing team.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls following a script and schedule a sales or service appointment
- Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
- Detail all customer comments and update new information from customer
- Contact customers based on current offers/ads from dealerships
- Be able to complete quotes, return email/voicemail and other administrative functions
- Do follow up with existing customer for future sales
- Make high volume calls daily
Job Requirements:

- Technician time tickets, matching to the accounting system and posting them into the system.
- Look up labor time for technicians and writers and verify coverage.
- Enter and close claims in CDK and into Dealerconnect system for payment.
- Match payment acknowledgments with claims for filing.
- Audit claims for information required by the manufacturer and get claims corrected.
- Send and track payment of aftermarket extended warranties.
- May be required to fill in for cashier on off days.
